Click on “User Management” and “Organisation Manager” will be located in the left-hand column.
It is recommended to identify the different site groups within your organizational structure. Most companies use the site groups as a collection of sites that are structured underneath a brand, franchise, or area
The above example has four different site groups which are structured by country but this could be regions or brands. You have the options to rename site groups and assign different sites to a site group should you restructure
Site Group - Create a Site Group
You can create a new site group by clicking on “New site group” which will open a separate window where you can enter a name for the site group.
Once you’ve clicked on the “Create” button, the site group will be created and you will be able to select it from the site group dropdown.
Site Group - Edit Site Group
You can edit a site group by clicking on the “Edit site group” button which will open the window where you can update the name of the site group that you want to edit.
Once you’ve clicked on the “Update” button, the site group will be edited and the new name will be visible in the site group dropdown.
Site Group - Site Table
When you have linked to the site group and sites, you will see the sites within the table.
The table states the name of the site when it was created, and the status of the site. In addition, the number of members, active members, and deactivated members will be displayed. You also have the ability to sort these columns.
