Introduction
Click on the “User Management” icon in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, the people manager page will be automatically visible. On the people manager page, you will be able to see two tabs “Data Source” and “Target Channel/s”.
Data Source
The Data Source tab will give you an overview of all users that are synchronized by using an HR integration or if they were created directly within Connect by an administrator
When you click on “HR Integration”, you will see all of the users that are synchronized from a specific HR integration, regardless of their assignment to a specific site group or site.
When you click on “Manually Added”, you will get an overview of all users that were manually created by an administrator, regardless of their assignment to a specific site group or site.
Target Channel
The Target Channel tab will give you an overview of all users that are synchronized to a specific target channel. In this case, all the users that are synchronized through an HR integration or created manually by an administrator are synchronized to Workplace. From this tab, it will also be possible to see the amount of invited, claimed, and active users along with dedicated user actions that are relevant to Workplace
