Common causes for users not being added to the workplace if you are using manual import could be
- The language local. The only English locals that Workplace support is en_GB and en_US please see the attached excel sheet for all of the language codes that are supported by Workplace
- The method that the users was to receive their access code was not correct. please check spelling mistakes and make sure all of the user data is correct
If you have made sure all of this is correct and suspect there to be a bug please report it as soon as possible.
