The Data compliance feature operates similarly to the Group rule feature.
By using the rule builder you can create a rule by selecting fields to target a specific user set.
Key aspects of the rule Builder are
- Rule name - a unique name for your rule

User Statuses -
- Deactivated - This will target users that have been set as deactivated on Connect but have not been removed from Workplace.
- Deleted -
- Rule Conditions- this is where you specify the affected user
- Impacted Users - If this option is selected it will affect all of the users that meet the User status selected

Impacted Data -
- Remove Profile information - This will remove all of the profile data that has been selected in the Profile Fields Tab and add the selected Prefix to the users
- Remove Content - This will remove all of the user's comments and uploads that were selected in the content tab. Please note that we recommend running this first before running the profile field to make it possible to identify the specific users.
Once you are happy with the rule you can Create the rule and then select Execute in the Three dot menu to run the rule and amend the user's data.
Please make sure if you are unsure at all to ask as misusing this feature could have a significant effect on your instance
